Experimental archaeology at Humboldt.
Facilities that facilitate experimental archaeology at Humboldt include the Archaeology Teaching Lab (BSS 136) and Collections (BSS 139). The Geospatial Archaeology Research Lab (BSS 137) and the Bioarchaeology Lab (BSS 135) also provide resources for experimental work.
 

Get Involved:

There are several ways to be involved in experimental archaeology at Humboldt:
  • Take courses in archaeology, especially ANTH 352 Experimental Archaeology and ANTH 358, Archaeology Lab
  • Enroll in ANTH 482 Anthropology Internship and apply to work in the archaeology labs.
  • Volunteer to assist with ongoing student and faculty projects.
