Anthropology Peer Mentors

Meet the Anthropology Peer Mentors!

Madison Hazen

Madison Hazen

Hello, my name is Madison Hazen and I'm a senior Anthropology student with a cultural focus and a double major in Religious Studies. I'm originally from the East Bay and came to HSU my freshman year in search of more fog! I spent my junior year studying abroad in Ireland and fell in love with Irish history and culture. At HSU, I try to be involved with the student communities of my majors and serve as treasurer for both the Anthropology Club as well as the Religious Studies Club. In my free time I like to play lacrosse, knit hats, and hike around some of the beautiful trails in Humboldt. I am very excited to be an Anthropology Peer Mentor and look forward to helping Anthropology students, new and current, in making the most of their time at HSU!
